1. General Provisions

1.1. This personal data processing policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by LLC "FOODLAB" (OGRN 5137746074725, legal address: 129110, Moscow, Naprudny Lane, 15, 2nd floor, room 6) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to ensure the security of personal data.

1.2. The Operator's primary goal and condition for conducting its activities is to comply with the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens during the processing of their personal data, including protecting their rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.

1.3. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://foodplan.ru/ and/or users of the "Foodplan" application.

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy

2.1. Automated Personal Data Processing – the processing of personal data using computing tools.

2.2. Blocking of Personal Data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except when processing is required to clarify personal data).

2.4. Application – software "Foodplan" for portable (mobile) devices, installed or downloaded by the User on such devices through the app stores "Google Play" for Android OS, "AppStore" for Apple iOS, or through other resources.

2.5. Personal Data Information System – a set of personal data contained in databases, and the technologies and technical tools ensuring their processing.

2.6. Anonymization of Personal Data – actions that result in the impossibility of determining, without additional information, the belonging of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data.

2.7. Personal Data Processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data, performed using automation or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2.8. Operator – LLC "FOODLAB", a legal entity organizing and/or conducting the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2.9. Personal Data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://foodplan.ru/ and/or the "Foodplan" Application.

2.10. User – any visitor to the website https://foodplan.ru/ and/or someone who has installed the "Foodplan" Application on their smartphone.

2.11. Provision of Personal Data – actions by the User aimed at disclosing personal data to the Operator.

2.12. Destruction of Personal Data – any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making the further recovery of the content of the personal data in the personal data information system impossible, and/or the destruction of physical media of personal data.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User, including but not limited to:

3.3. Phone number;

3.4. Address;

3.5. User messages, including those sent to Customer Support, etc.;

3.6. Survey data;

3.7. Technical data, which includes information received about the User when using the Website and the Application:

3.8. Additionally, the Website and the Application collect and process anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) through internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).

3.9. The above-mentioned data is collectively referred to as "personal data" in this Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; registration/authorization and identification of the User; granting the User access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the Website and the Application.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications (in the Application via push notifications) about new products and services, special offers, and events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to support@foodplan.ru with the subject "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers."

4.3. Anonymized data collected about Users via internet statistics services are used to gather information about User actions on the Website and the Application and to improve the quality of the Website and the Application.

4.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users and their legal capacity. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently to the email support@foodplan.ru, indicated on the "Contacts" page of the Website, or through special forms in the Application. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (cookies are enabled, and JavaScript technology is used).

5.3. If the User resides in a foreign country and uses the Service on foreign territory, the User consents to the cross-border transfer of their provided personal data to the Russian Federation.

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation.

6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

6.3. The User's personal data will never be transferred to third parties, except when required by applicable law.

6.4. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending the Operator a notification via email at support@foodplan.ru with the subject "Update Personal Data."

6.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited until the Operator receives a withdrawal of consent for processing personal data in accordance with paragraph 6.6 of this Policy.

6.6. The User may withdraw their consent to process personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email at support@foodplan.ru with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent to Process Personal Data."

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The User can obtain any clarification regarding their personal data processing by contacting the Operator via email at support@foodplan.ru.

7.2. Any changes to the personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
